Returns & refunds

We want you to love your No Stress Relax bags. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help.

How to return an item

1. Email support@nostressrelax.com or use our contact form with your order number.
2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back.

Condition

For hygiene reasons, bags should be unused or in like-new, clean condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method (PayPal or card). Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
